Annual License fees: monthly or annual billing options:

1) Annual billing takes place on the first Monday of September for all subscribers and those opting for annual billing receive a special bonus in their first year as they are only responsible for paying a prorated amount of the first year’s fee through the following September annual billing date, at which point they pay the first full subscription fee.
2) Monthly billing occurs on the 1st of each month, or the closest subsequent business day if the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday, and is only payable by credit card or ACH transfer (company check payments are not available for this option). Monthly payments using credit cards incur a four percent payment processing fee for credit card payments and one percent, $20 max, fee for ACH.
3) One time only fees: 50% due at onset of agreement, 50% due at site launch.

Content & Navigation Architecture Development; one time only fee(Required)

Development of the site’s sitemap and navigation structure, covering clear pathways across Attend/Shows, Rent the Space, Shop, About, Support/Donate, and Sponsors, along with the key user journeys across those sections. This includes maintaining a clear distinction between Forest Forward as the institution and Forest Theater as the venue and programmatic brand throughout the site’s structure and content organization.

Includes all custom page layouts, custom global styles, and custom reusable components, built within a modern block based design environment that gives the internal team full flexibility to build and update pages without developer support.

TNEW Integration & Styling; one time only fee(Required)

Style the existing TNEW template to match the new design branding and style, while conforming to TNEW’s required design specifications.The template will pull all header and footer elements into the TNEW hosted site dynamically. If the client updates their navigation menu on the primary site, that change pushes through to the TNEW version automatically. The client is responsible for loading the full range of event types and TNEW page content into their TNEW install before TNEW custom design work can begin.
