A complete solution for you next conference or convention, this add-on is a dedicated theme with accompanying ecommerce module that can be installed as a sub-site to your primary installation. You can set it up as a sub-domain or sub-directory URL (conference.yoururl.org or yoururl.org/conference) or use a bradned top level domain such as YourConferenceName.org (requires multi-site and domain mapping addons).
The theme features a contemporary responsive design ideal for any event, conference, meet-up, summit, camp, or retreat. Designed to provide all of the must-have info about your event with thoughtful UX, this theme comes with multiple custom post types made especially for these types of events that are user friendly for ever admin skill level.
You’ll be able to embed a variety of popular live video and audio streaming services right into each session’s single page.
The annual fee includes three hours of design time and of course, Venture’s unlimited 365 support. Additional design and/or development is billed at our current hourly rate.
Custom Post Types
- Speakers: showcase each speaker/panelist with ready made fields for headshots, bios, and a slew of social media links. Once entered into the system, speakers are automatically available to assign at each unique session. The system will even list each session a speaker is assigned in the respective single bio page!
- Sessions: designed to get the info out there quickly and easily across all device types, the system will also create auto-day lists and session index pages. You can highlight any session and create categories to help setup learning tracks, focused scheudle pages, and more.
- Sponsors: create multiple sponsor levels, each with special acknowledgement tools
- Continuity: Keep the entire registration process on your website along with the attendee’s personal user dashboard.
- Multiple ticket/registration types: Create unlimited ticket types, each with their own pricing, benefits and/or private content, and manage stock levels independently.
- Custom registration fields: create any number of custom fields to gather exactly the information you need from each attendee. Field types include: First name, Last name, Email address. URL, Twitter, Text, Dropdown, Radio buttons, and Checkbox(es). Make fields optional or required and even take advantage of auto-fill functionality for existing users who are logged in.
- Ticket Printing: a customizable ticket printing template provides full control of ticket design by adding, deleting and reordering ticket fields/labels you specified in Ticket Fields. Attendees can print tickets right from their user account screen or email a copy.
- Integrated email communication: custom fields to signup forms allow you to learn more about attendees and personalize their experience. Customize emails sent after a ticket purchase and send bulk emails to attendees. If you prefer using a third party email client, we can push that data there using the zapier add-on.
- Attendee CSV export: download a CSV export for all ticket holders based on ticket type.
- Quick database search: find attendees by name, ticket ID, email or even company.
- Ticket/Registration inventory management: Automate ticket sales by setting individual ticket limits for each tickets/registrations you create and ensure that you don’t oversell for a certain event or ticket/registration type on your site.
- Discount codes: Offer coupon codes for everything from early registration discounts to event partners and sponsors helping drive registrations and easily track and manage coupon usage from the admin dashboard.
- Optional barcode module: allows you to print a unique barcode within your attendee’s ticket providing easier event track attendance tracking via direct scanning.
